Bobby Shmurda can’t win for losing. Despite reports that the Brooklyn rapper had the money and collateral to post bail, a judge denied his latest request today (Dec. 3).

TMZ reports that his lawyers request for $2M bond was nixed by the judge, with Bobby mouthing “I love you” to his family in court.

Shmurda’s trial for drug conspiracy charged doesn’t begin until February 2016.

The “Hot Ni**a” rapper and members of his GS9 crew were arrested back in December 2014 and he’s been in jail ever since. Shmurda’s next hearing is in January 2016.
