Oscar Pistorius aka Lil Tink Tink has been found guilty of murder. The famed South African track star’s previous manslaughter conviction for the killing of his girlfriend has been overturned.

Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius has been found guilty of murder after a South African appeals court overturned an earlier manslaughter verdict.
Pistorious killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in February 2013 after shooting four times through a locked toilet door.
He is currently under house arrest after spending one year of his original five-year sentence in jail.
Pistorius will have to return to court to be re-sentenced, for murder.
The appeals court, South Africa’s Supreme Court of Appeal, found that the rule of dolus eventualis—whether a killer knows death will be a result of his actions—was not properly applied in the lower court.
Pistorius is facing a minimum of 15 years in the bing, so he is surely heading back to jail.
