Antonin Scalia, the longest-serving justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, has made it a career mission to oppose hot-button topics such as abortion mixed with his conquest to preach that the death penalty is is constitutional.

So it should come as no surprise, albeit without any limits to the disappointment, that the 79-year-old New Jersey native is arguing that affirmative action isn’t very beneficial to Black people as they need more of booster organization to get their creative juices flowing.

Yesterday (Dec. 9), Scalia argued in favor for a white woman in the case Fisher v. University of Texas-Austin after she said her race prevented her from getting accepted to the school.

There are those who contend that it does not benefit African-Americans to to get them into the University of Texas where they do not do well, as opposed to having them go to a less-advanced school, a less — a slower-track school where they do well.

One of the briefs pointed out that most of the black scientists in this country don’t come from schools like the University of Texas. They come from lesser schools where they do not feel that they’re — that they’re being pushed ahead in — in classes that are too — too fast for them.

Of course, most people don’t agree with him.
