DC rapper Shy Glizzy had his chain snatched while performing in Memphis. To add insult to injury, the chain popped up on social media via taunts from Instagram user “dmuney_stacks.”
According to Kollege Kidd, Glizzy was performing at The Dream nightclub on Saturday night (Dec. 19) when shots rang out. During the commotion, he was liberated of his Glizzy Gang chain. Shortly thereafter, the chain appeared on Instagram along with its new owner, reportedly an affiliate of Memphis rapper BabyCEO, mocking Glizzy.
“F*ck all that @shyglizzy come get yo chain back i told u don’t come to Memphis u need all securitys at yo show,” reads the caption, along with some jibberish about having his pops freed.
Also, props to whoever “dmuney_stacks” is for making it that much easier for the cops to find you. The self-snitching struggle is real. Not to be outdone, peep the last page were some other guy is rocking the chain and offers the reason why it was stolen.
