Spike Lee came for Chance The Rapper, again, during a screening of Chi-Raq at Northwestern University last week. The Chicago MC got wind (see what we did there) of Spike calling him a “fraud” and took to Twitter to respond in kind with pointed vitriol.

While at Northwestern, Spike addressed Chance’s past criticism (he called it “exploitive”) of his flick.

“Chance the Rapper’s a fraud. Straight-up fraud,” said Lee according to the North By Northwestern student newspaper. “He puts himself up as a speaker of the people, but that means you have to put truths that you see. That doesn’t mean you can pick and choose what you talk about.”

Chance retorted something awful.

“Come on now This guy promoting this offensive unsuccessful flop of a movie … about the Southside…in f*cking Evanston…,” tweeted Chance (Northwestern is in Evanston, just outside of Chicago) late Tuesday (March 8). “And then get mad when students at the screening challenge him on his sexist, and RACIST movie and he wanna point the finger at me.”

See what else Chance had to say on the flip.

Can’t we all just get along?
