Earlier today (March 28), a Wale studio session where the MMG rapper kicked a “Black Hoodie Freestyle” began making the rounds. However, according to the Washington, DC MC the track was unauthorized.

“WTF is this black hoodie freestyle? I didn’t authorize this sh*t,” tweeted Wale this evening.

He added, “Don’t ever go to creeps studio ni**as will f*ckin take ur damn vocals an do whatever.”

The song/video reportedly was released as a collab between AudioMack and Tunecore, and even had artwork noting production from Myles Williams and MisterNeek. Somewhere along the way, the lines of communication clearly got muddled because Wale clearly didn’t sign off on it.

Audiomack issued a statement that says “there was a miscommunication with Wale.”

Ya think?

The video has since been made “private” YouTube.
