Kesha claims she was offered, and promptly refused, a deal in the legal bout over her recording contract with Sony and Dr. Luke. Per her Instagram post Sunday (April 3), the label allegedly offered Kesha “freedom” if she takes back the rape claims brought against Luke.

The producer, who signed Kesha to Kemosabe Records in 2005, has denied her abuse allegations.  According to Buzzfeed News, there is no deal on the table, though Kesha’s attorney Mark Geragos wants to bring Daniel Petrocelli (famous for the 1997 O.J. Simpson wrongful death lawsuit) onto her legal team.

In arguing his defense, Luke has leaned heavily on deposition in which Kesha swore under oath that he never abused her. However, Kesha says her she was coerced into lying, and no matter the outcome, she’s no longer willing to change her story.

Kesha sued Sony to get out of her contract with Luke’s record label. In February a judge denied her injunction request, meaning she must continue to record under Luke’s Kemosabe imprint, but wouldn’t have to work with him directly.

She is currently appealing the ruling.
