Johnny Manziel’s mugshot is about as douchebag friendly as you would expect. The enigmatic NFL quarterback was booked Wednesday (May 4) on misdemeanor assault charges for allegedly hitting his girlfriend back in January, and promptly released on bond.

The ex-NFL star gave a smirk during his mug shot.
He was released on $1,500 bond — and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in Dallas.
Manziel is accused of beating up his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, back in January. She filed a restraining order against him claiming she was in fear for her life. She also claimed Manziel ruptured her eardrum.
If convicted on the assault charge, Manziel faces up to a year in jail.
We’re guessing OVO Ryan gave him a ride home from the precinct.
Also the doofus, as in Manziel, tweeted (deleted) a joke about the mugshot shortly afterwards.
