adidas Basketball unveils the Crazylight 2016, which is being touted as the “ultimate low-top basketball sneaker.” Besides a low profile, the shoe boasts heel-to-toe BOOST cushioning and has been engineered for quick cuts and highlight real worth moves.

A pro hooper already singing the shoe’s praises is James Harden.

“The Crazylight 2016 definitely lives up to the hype,” said the NBA All-Star via a press release. “It’s really comfortable, performs well and has tremendous style.  Designs like this and shoes built for my game are the reason why I came to adidas Basketball.”

The Crazylight 2016 also features a lightweight woven upper, herringbone traction on the sole and a TPU forefoot roll cage and the aforemention BOOST to complement basketball’s speedies players. Other adidas pros who will rock the kicks include Kyle Lowry and Jeremy Lin.

The Crazylight 2016 drops July 2 and will cost $120 with more colorway dropping all year at adidas.com.
