You knew Chris Brown wasn’t going to just fall back and let his lawyers handle their business. The R&B crooner took to Instagram to counter claims that he beat his ex-PR manager up to say he actually fired him for stealing money.

Earlier today (June 23), Mike G of NiteVision Management filed a lawsuit against Brown in Los Angeles that accused Breezy of beating him up in an unprovoked attacked.

In an Instagram video that you can safely bet will be eventually deleted, Brown said that he fired Mike G for “stealing money,” yet interestingly doesn’t deny putting hands on the man.

“Okay, ni**as is getting mad and filing lawsuits ’cause I fired them ’cause they’re stealing money! You’re stealing money pal,” said Brown. “So, you’re mad because you’re no longer existent. It’s alright, I’m going to keep pushing. God bless ya, wish you the best of luck.”

Apparently this isn’t the only issue Chris had to get off his chest today. In another Instagram post—notice a pattern?—he slandered Jacob York. Hip-Hop heads may remember York  for being Lil Kim’s former manager, a co-founder of Undeas with Un Rivera and more recently Karrueche Tran’s manager.

Rolling with Team Karrueche will put you in Brown’s sights sooner than later. Peep the message’s Brown sent him on the next page.

Someone change Chris’ passwords, stat.
