Z-Ro and Mike Dean got mad just like everyone else while watching the news this week. Hoping to channel that anger in a productive way, the two linked up to create a new track.
Z-Ro has rapped about crooked and aggressive cops for years. Mike Dean has produced on politically-charged records for artists ranging from Beyonce to Geto Boys. So naturally, when this pair decided to reunite for the first time in six years it would come at a time like this.
On the track Z-Ro sticks to the theme of the title outlining everything from why Black folks are afraid to die at the hands of a cop just for going to the store to why somebody like the Dallas sniper felt it was necessary to take the actions that he did.
