Terrence Martin‘s pockets are in jeopardy as his ex-managers are seeking to rummage them for $250,000 over breach of contract.

E! News reports:

Authentic Talent and Literary Management filed a formal complaint today in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Howard owes them a quarter of a million dollars for failing to pay them their share of commission after they parted ways with the TV star.

According to the lawsuit at hand, the management company claims that they played “a key role in the resurgence of Howard’s career” and provided him with “professional, personal and other advice and career guidance.”

In a classic case of “thanks for the good time sweetheart,” Terrence Howard reportedly fired the firm after he landed his breakthrough role as Luscious Lyon on FOX’s Empire. Now the company is saying that they are entitled to 10% of the money Howard made while he was with them and what he has made off Empire.

The company now claims that they are entitled to 10% of revenue that Howard received while he was working with them, and that includes his Empire salary.

Too bad he can’t settle this debt the way he paid back Petey Pablo the $200 he owed him by getting him a cameo on Empire.
