Nipsey Hussle is celebrating his 31st birthday in grand fashion. Today he dropped his Slauson Boy 2 mixtape and announced the #PROUD2PAYUBAC fan appreciation initiative.
The Crenshaw representer’s actual birthday was Monday, August 15 but he’s keeping the party going today.
First he announced the #PROUD2PAYUBAC fan appreciation initiative. With it, Neighborhood Nip is rewarding fans who went out and spent $100 on his Crenshaw and Mailbox Money albums with trips to the hood he calls home.
Nipsey will bring the first five people who purchased the albums to his stomping grounds to “put our feet on the ground and breathe the air and taste the food and feel the climate” that inspires is music. He is calling it a “Intimate Multi-Sensory Music Experience” that he describes as the equivalent of a director’s cut of a movie.
