A white sports talk radio producer in Philadelphia just admitted to pretending to be an a longtime angry Black caller on his own show.
As if a morning show name like Skippy And Goatface’s Morning Sports Holocaust wasn’t offensive enough, the show’s producer was apparently stooping to all new lows.
The Philly show had an infamous caller named “Dwyane From Swedesboro” who would call up to the show and profess his love for white women and fear of paternity tests. “Dwyane” was also active on social media to display his thirst.
“Dwayne” was known to get a rise out of the show’s host Mike Missanelli, which was the point. Come to find out “Dwyane” was a fake caller, a persona created by the show’s producer Pat Egan.
Deadspin is reporting that Egan created the alter-ego years ago to get a rise out of Missanelli and that Missanelli had no idea that “Dwyane” was not real.
On top of that, Egan is not sorry that he got found out. Instead, he’s simply saying it was just for ratings.

“Look man, I ain’t gonna lie to ya, the paternity test was a big relief. It’s like I didn’t think that kid was my kid, but then its that little bit of fear like, oh snap, Dwayne could be paying for this for 18 years.” … “I don’t have that many minutes man, I have a set number. I can’t be using it to wait 45 minutes. Look man, I ain’t got the baller budget that you radio people got so I gotta get the limited minute plan.”
