Opening night (Oct. 25) for the NBA season is one week away and there will be a special rap guest. Wiz Khalifa is scheduled to perform at the kick off of the 2016-2017 NBA season in Cleveland.

The Pittsburgh rapper’s performance will be part of the “NBA on TNT Road Show” in Cleveland before the first game. Parts of the show will be shown during the telecast on TNT.

The NBA on TNT Road Show is a full on experience with a 75,000 square foot interactive space right outside the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Quicken Loans Arena. TNT’s Inside The NBA will be broadcasting with hosts Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal holding down coverage on location. There will also be fan activations, pop up stores and food trucks for those in attendance.

The 2016-17 kicks off with a double header featuring LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers—who will be receiving their championship rings before the game—versus Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks at 8pm. The second game goes down in the Bay Area with Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors facing off against Tim Duncan Kawhi Leonard and the San Antonio Spurs.

We trust Wiz Khalifa will keep his performance G-rated.
