Kodak Black just got out of jail. But not for free though.

According to a post on his Instagram page, Kodak Black is a free man, for now.

The photo shows an obviously jubilant man happy to be out of concrete jungle. In the post he writes:

I’m happy to finally be going home to my family and friends. I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future. I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love most – working at being the illest rapper alive.

Kodak Black had a bond hearing today in South Carolina in relation to his sexual assault case. The Sun Sentinel reported:

“A bond could be set for Octave if prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement and the accuser agree on conditions. If they don’t agree, Octave would appear in a bond hearing, possibly on Thursday.”

Obviously, something has been worked out to where he can go back home until his pending trial date next year. Black is still on probation and house arrest for the litany of charges he racked up in Florida. In August a judge threatened to send him back to prison for 55 years if he gets into more trouble.
