Long distance fade seeker Matt Barnes is a wanted man, sort of. The NYPD is seeking to question the NBA player over altercation that went down at an NYC club.
Various reports says Barnes put hands on several people in NYC nightspot Avenue Nightspot. TMZ says he even choked out a woman.
However, Barnes maintains that he was defending himself, and that you gotta hear both sides, taking to Instagram to tell his followers not to believe the hype.
An unnamed source told USA Today that Barnes was the instigator, as allegedly seen in footage from the nightclub.
Barnes definitely has some explaining to do. You can bet Derek Fisher will be following the story closely.
