Azealia Banks just caught another L with less than a month left in 2016. The DA has decided not to charge Russell Crowe after the actor physically removed her from his hotel room after an altercation this past October.

Banks was Wu-Tang Clan founder the RZA’s +1 that fateful day and the evidence, and more than likely her reputation, was just not on the “212” rapper’s side.

Reports Page Six:

The potential charges were related to an October altercation between the two famous hot heads, in which the Oscar winner allegedly bear-hugged Banks and spit at her after she threatened to attack guests at a dinner party with a glass.

But the Los Angeles County District Attorney has decided not to press any charges, instead viewing Crowe’s actions as an attempt to stop Banks from escalating the fight any further, Page Six has confirmed.

According to the DA’s office, Crowe’s actions were “justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks” and that his alleged spitting — on her “gloved hand” — was “incidental to preventing more serious threatened violence.”

Banks reportedly vented her frustrations about the DA’s decision on her Facebook (her Twitter account was suspended), but said post seems to have been deleted.

The struggle continues.
