Solomon Childs was shot in Staten Island on Saturday (Dec. 10). Fortunately, the Wu-Tang Clan affiliate’s injuries are not life-threatening.
Reports the New York Post:
Solomon Childs, whose real name is Ryan Dale, was struck on Forest Avenue and taken to the hospital, sources said. Childs’ injuries are not life-threatening, the sources said.
Childs is a Wu-Tang Clan affiliate, which is different from a full-fledged member of the group. Childs’ older brother, whose stage name is Cappadonna, is an original Wu-Tang Clan member.
Child’s is Cappa’s younger brother? The Post may want to double-check that one.
Solomon Childs was a member of Ghostface Killah’s Theodore Unit which, among others, featured Trife Da God and Cappadonna.
According to SILive.com, Childs was struck in the neck and back but is in stable condition. Police are looking for a 1997 green Nissan Maxima.
