When will they—as in anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to get on stage, uninvited, during an artist’s performance—ever learn? Back on December 8th, Odd Future was performing in San Antonio at the White Rabbit when a fan jumped on stage. Allegedly Hodgy Beats threw said fan back into the crowd, but the crowd pushed the teenager back on stage, and a beat down ensued. Now the stage invader is preparing a lawsuit, of course.

Chassan Rasagi, 17, filed a police report with the San Antonio PD that claims Odd Future blessed him with a vicious fade. From the looks of video that caught the on stage beatdown (see below), he isn’t kidding.

According to TMZ:

Sources tell us … OF rapper Hodgy Beats pushed Rasagi back into the crowd …and he then became a human ping pong ball when the crowd pushed Rasagi back on stage. At that point, we’re told the group attacked Rasagi en masse.

Rasagi suffered lacerations on his head, scratches, and burns to his body during the melee. We’re told he also suffered two seizures.  We’re told Rasagi now plans to sue the group.  It’s worth noting some people in the crowd claim Rasagi threw the first punch.

Violating the OFWGKTA crew’s space is never a good idea since it was Left Brain who was charged with assault last year for putting his hands on a photographer, who was probably asked to be there. Nevertheless, after the incident, and Left Brain calling dude a plethora of “b-tch @ss n-ggas” and “f-ckboys,” the show went on with the crowd chanting “Wolf Gang” and group jumping into a performance of Tyler, The Creator’s “B-tch Suck D-ck.”
