Police in Chicago are trying to nab a bank robber who likes to dress well for his criminal excursions. The suspect has robbed four banks, and stands out for wearing a suit and tie.

On Wednesday (Dec. 26), the suspect robbed the First American Bank rocking a suit, a  tie, and a baseball cap.

According to the FBI the man entered the bank at 11:50 a.m. and demanded money before fleeing the scene. He is also believed to have stolen money from two separate Citibank locations, first on Dec. 17, then two days later.

The man, who is Black, is believed to be in his 40s, bald, with brown eyes weighing more than 200 pounds, and standing between 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-11. He doesn’t always dress for the occasion though, during one robbery he wore a gray hoodie, jeans and a baseball cap.

While Chicago has been in the news for heightened gun violence that has claimed the lives of more than 350 people this year, including an 18-year-old aspiring rapper named Joshua Davis who was shot on Christmas Day, allegedly for wearing a sweatshirt honoring slain  teen rapper Joseph “Lil JoJo” Coleman—the city has also experienced a lot of bank robberies in 2012.

The FBI reports that as many as 215 bank robberies were committed in Chicago this year, up from 115 in 2011.

Anyone with information on the suit-and-tie robber is urged to call the FBI at 312-421-6700.
