A year ago the idea of a new Master P mixtape would be preposterous, but the original No Limit soldier has indeed returned with a new project, titled Al Capone. The tape stands at 15-tracks, and will set the tone for the New Orleans rapper’s forthcoming full length album, Boss Of All Bosses, set to release some time this year.

Master P embodies the infamous mobster on the project, unashamed to note that he is one of Hip-Hop’s godfathers of the independent grind. On one track P. Miller verbalized his thoughts, saying “I raised these n***as. I’m back to get what’s mine. This my life.” Fairly new artists like A$AP Rocky openly cite the mogul’s influence on their sound, further justifying Master P’s claims.

Al Capone features numerous guest appearances from P’s Louie V Mob affiliates Fat Trel and budding Atlanta rapper Alley Boy, as well as Meek Mill, Kirko Bangz, Chief Keef, Game, Nipsey Hu$$le and more. 1500 or Nothin’ and more played their part on the production tip.
