Consequence delivers a new track just a day after he and his baby’s mother Jen The Pen proceeded to go in on everybody mentioned in an interview with The Breakfast Club. Titled “Driving In Reverse,” Cons laments about the days he felt like his life was devoid of progress.

Paula Campbell, who channels her inner Mary J. Blige on the track, has most of the air time on the somber cut, despite it being Consequence’s record. The chorus poses the thought provoking question, “Do you ever feel like it can’t get worse/ and you spent your whole life driving in reverse/ do you ever feel?”

“Driving In Reverse” didn’t appear on Movies On Demand 4. Instead, it’s actually the first of a list of tracks Cons will be premier every Tuesday following the airing VH1′s Love & Hip Hop episodes on Monday nights.

Also, Cons and Jen The Pen took a less slanderous approach in part two of their Breakfast Club interview. Hear “Driving In Reverse,” and listen to and watch the couple talk about the dynamic of their relationship, Love & Hip Hop Season 3 and more on the next page.
