Every week, Love & Hip-Hop New York star Rich Dollaz is caught up and looking hella stressed trying to manage cast mates Olivia and Erica Mena while also “dating” the latter, Recently, the music industry exec’s struggle became realer when he was arrested for allegedly missing a scheduled court date about a paternity test.
Mouth To Ears caught footage of Rich getting questioned and detained by the boys in blue shortly after he commenced a media interview. After noting that he got his start in the biz as an intern at Bad Boy Records, a noticeably frazzled Rich was approached by an officer who asked for his name and I.D.
From what we see, Rich never produced his I.D. and when escorted out by the cops is heard asking, “I just want to know what I did?”
It seems like Rich has been in an ongoing feud with his alleged baby mother, Chaundrea Nicolle, over whether or not he is actually their daughter’s father.
From her tweets, Nicolle is based in Memphis and Rich is claiming that he didn’t have the dough to fly out there to take the paternity test. “Rich attorney claimed he couldn’t ‘afford’ to fly back to Memphis to take a DNA test but you can afford to pay for videos and gucci…bs!,” she tweeted yesterday. “Taking pics of me without permission, having people follow me, lying on me, thats stalking etc not to mention the fake names. This is CRAZY!”
Of course, after the arrest, Erica Mena began slandering Nicolle via Twitter. It appears those Tweets have been deleted, but there is a screen cap below.
The entire situation Reeks of struggle with allegations that Rich Dollaz hired someone to follow Smith and created a fake Twitter account to harass her online.
