King L (formerly King Louie) counts his money and laughs straight to the bank on “More Bandz.” The Drilluminati closing track taps into Chicago’s trademarked drill-hop sound, complete with the hard hitting drums and hi-hats.

A little autotune transforms the Chi-town MC’s catchy flow and chorus that simply states, “B***h I get more, more, more, more bandz,” into a potential hit. It’s a wonder that this doesn’t have folks jigging in clubs nationwide by now.

A black and white visual treatment accompany the Domeno Beatz-produced track, showing King L participating in some affluent activities. That’s rich ish if you didn’t know. From a condo overlooking the Chicago skyline, the “My H0es They Do Drugs” rapper spends his night running Benjamins through his money machine. When this gets tiring, he spends his off time cruising the city in the back of a foreign whip, with a knapsack full of cash in tow. Must be nice.

Credit the smooth cinematography to photographer/director Hi-Def, who got his inner city Scorcese on with these shots. For more authentic Chi City tunes like this, be sure to check out King L’s entire Drilluminati project. It won’t disappoint. Trust us, there’s a reason Louie was one of Hip-Hop Wired’s top 25 artists to watch in 2013.
