Another person has been hit by a Subway train, but this time they’re weren’t pushed. A woman in Brooklyn fainted on the Subway platform, and ended up getting hit early this morning.

Police are investigating the matter, but the woman passed out on the Utica and Eastern Parkway station, at around 10:30 this morning. After falling onto the tracks, she was fatally struck by a No. 3 train.

The station was closed momentarily, but reopened with service restored, running on delays.

As pointed out by Gawker.com, more than 55 people died from Subway-related last year. In late December a Korean man, Ki Suk Han, was pushed onto the train tracks and hit by a No. 7 train. Weeks later, another man was pushed and killed by a woman who committed a hate crime. Erika Menendez, admitted to killing Sunando Sen, because she thought he was Muslim. “My mind was just racing that day. I was mad,” she said. “I was homeless. I was hungry. I was fighting with my boyfriend. He came running up the stairs, and I just got up and pushed him. He was trying to shake me off.”

Similarly in Philly a man dragged a lady off a Subway platform. She was able to climb back to safety.
