Napoleon Da Legend comes out the gate swinging with a cinematic visual for “Wise Men,” featuring Sean Price. The story begins following “Young Monkey” aka “Little Co0n,” a character that takes a satirical jab at whimsical MCs and just so happens to resemble a certain gold toothed, molly loving Atlanta rapper.

The fictional artist is the latest sensation in the rap game, but that doesn’t save him from a chance encounter with a few ski masked assailants in a restaurant bathroom. That’s where Napoleon Da Legend comes in with his brand of lyricism and a band of goons to give “Young Monkey” an old fashioned bum-rushing, and a dosage of true emceeing.

Even the crooked record exec who signed the struggle rapper got touched. Pause. Before laying 16 bars of his own, Brownsville’s own Sean P puts a blade to work in a cut scene inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs. Credit that to director Cyril Mahe.

“Wise Men” is the first single from Napoleon Da Legend’s forthcoming album, Awakening. The project will feature Raekwon, Spit Gemz and more.
