When Lupe Fiasco isn’t ruffling feathers in the media with talks of conspiracy theories and other hullabaloo, he spends his downtime displaying his affinity for fashion and apparel. At least that’s the impression we get from the rapper’s recent appearance in the spring/summer 2013 preview lookbook from menswear brand U.S. Alteration.

Fiasco, a known advocate of the California-based company, previously appeared in two of their lookbooks last year. This time around, the Chicago lyricist sports some workwear inspired designs, showcasing the immaculate detailing and materials on the cut-and-sew pieces.

Among the clothing showed was a tiger striped camouflage hoodie, a light spring sweatpant, and a patchwork down vest. Fiasco kept his ensembles very eclectic as per usual.

See a handful of photos from the shoot on the following pages, and feel free to check out the U.S. Alteration site if you like what you see. Also be sure to check out Fiasco’s most recent rant at Maryland’s The Fillmore last night. Hey, you knew he couldn’t stay quiet for long. Here’s some friendly advice: Just focus on the music, man. Please.
