Theophilus London returns with straight elevator music on “Rio,” and we mean that in best way possible. Backed by fellow Brooklynites Menahan Street Band, the “Flying Overseas” artists builds on his non-Hip-Hop influences, opting for a sound more in tune with that of Brazil.

“I went to Rio in 2010. The trip gave me so much energy and I met so many amazing people that it inspired me to make a song in Rio’s honor,” said London. The single will be hitting iTunes on April 16. Until then, groove out to the record below.
