It seems like she’s been talking about it forever, but Azalia Banks finally drops the video for “Young Rapunxel,” off her forthcoming Broke With Expensive Taste album.
In the visual, the feisty Harlem rapper/vocalist takes on cops, has owls coming out her forehead and engages in some primal yelling. All the “third eyes” will certainly make this an Illuminati conspiracy theorist’s wet dream. Also, the parts where her eye are replaced with her lips are definitely freaky. The clips off kilter aesthetic goes will with the song’s Lil Internet produced beat.
Recently, Ms. Banks took A$AP Rocky to task for suggesting that dark skin women should not wear red lipstick. The “212” rapper took it further by suggesting that Rocky is a gay dude that needs to come out the closet. She then completely threw any chill out window when she said that Rocky received dome (you know what we mean) from a dude named Kenneth, allegedly.
