Based On A T.R.U. Story will be a old in Auguest, but 2 Chainz continues to churn out visuals for tracks that appeared on the LP. His latest release is a visual for bonus cut “Like Me,” which samples The Weeknd’s “The Birds Pt. 1.”
Director Sharod Marcus Simpson shot the black and white video, in which the energetic Atlanta rapper sports a ski mask while rapping slick lines about a lady friend. Meanwhile, a mysterious woman garbed in a wedding dress can be seen walking the dark streets ski masked as well. She looks to be in some sort of conflict, but wether or not that’s true is never confirmed.
Nevertheless, fans can add “Like Me” to the lengthy cannon of 2 Chainz vids, which recently recently included an artistsy treatment for B.O.A.T.S. intro “Yuck.”
