Who would have guessed that the man that wrote “Numbers On The Boards” was perhaps the most excited after hearing the final version? Such was the case according to this footage of Kanye West playing Pusha T the Don Cannon-produced track over the phone.

A camera was on hand to capture the moment, during which Pusha can be seen leaning on a wall shouting in jubilation and ordering Yeezy to put out the track immediately. Comb through the screams carefully, and you’ll hear a bevy of quotables from the G.O.O.D. Music rapper. Some of our favorites include “I’m not crazy. I’m just passionate about my music…” and “It’s not about high fashion. It’s about black t-shirts and drugs!!.”

If anything, viewers get to see Pusha’s love for the craft of emceeing is in this hilarious video. He also made true on his promise to shoot the visual in Paris.

Pusha’s Def Jam solo debut My Name Is My Name releases July 16. See his reaction below.
