Nipsey Hussle wants more Twitter followers, and he’s compensating willing participants with new tunes. The Los Angeles rapper will liberate an unreleased track for every 2,000 followers he receives. Today we receive the first release called “Smoking With My Stylist.”
Hussle flourishes with his patented slow, conversational flow over an ambient beat. “Life is why they need music/Got them wrapped around the corner looking like Supreme threw it/ Cause when you cook it right the fiends use it/ Come take a look at life like we view it,” raps The Marathon MC.
Personally, we still don’t understand why Hussle hasn’t blown up like many expected him to. But then again, Hip-Hop is a fickle game. In the mean time, fans will have to press that follow button if they intend to hear more jams like “Smoking With My Stylist.”
