We’ve seen YouTube sensations (“Lights (Love Sick)”) like Travi$ Scott before, but unlike the Houston native, most cannot maintain their ambiguity after entering the spotlight. Mind you, this is after he signed to both Kanye West‘s G.O.O.D. Music and T.I.‘s Hustle Gang, respectively, with little material to show for it. But that all changes today with the release of his long-awaited mixtape, Owl Pharoah.

Led by the Wale-assisted “Quintana” and “Upper Echelon” featuring 2 Chainz and T.I.P., the XXL Freshman adds a bit of gloss to the grit of trap music over 13 tracks. If anything, listeners will hear a cohesive body of work that’s made for the imminent summer festivities.

Other high profile features include Meek Mill, A$AP Ferg, Theophilus London, James Fauntleroy and Toro Y Moi.

The cover artwork, full album stream and download link can be found below. Let us know if you think Scott is the real deal in the comments section.
