During a recent trip to Las Vegas, veteran MC Sean Price traveled to the world famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop from History Channel’s Pawn Stars looking to get some cash for an odd object. And by odd, we mean a potato; yes, you read right.
The Boot Camp Clik MC has a known funny bone in Hip-Hop circles, but it’s unclear if shop clerk Austin”Chumlee” Russell can say the same. We’re not ruling out the possibility of great acting, but Chumlee looked genuinely bewildered by Price’s tall tale about a potato that passed down his family for multiple generations.
As the story went, the starchy edible was chucked at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during the Civil Right’s era and this made it worth a whopping 100K by the Monkey Barz rapper’s standards.
