Following a successful showing at the VMAs, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis continued their winning streak last night during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. There, the duo performed “White Wall” with songstress Hollis and TDE’s own ScHoolboy Q.
A pair of trumpeters backed the Seattle duo and their rapping and singing counterparts during their live rendition of the smooth track. The XXL Freshman and the Los Angeles rapper were very energetic, and could be seen jumping and dancing across the stage.
“White Walls” is one of 15 songs (18 on the deluxe version) featured on Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ platinum album, The Heist. Separately, ScHoolboy Q is readying his major label debut, Oxymoron, for a fall release.
