R. Kelly‘s track record speaks for itself, but as a friendly reminder, he released a new song called “My Story” a few weeks ago. Today he returns with an accompanying treatment.
“This is my story, I made it from that Chi-Town dirt,” chants the crooner on the chorus. Kells builds on this concept in the visual by taking viewers on a tour of in the city that raised him. He opted to do this with a smooth montage of footage showing his daily interactions at the studio, clubs, gym, and more.
Featured artist 2 Chainz doesn’t appear in the shots, but his verse remains in tact.
