Plenty of basketball fans have found memories of NBA Inside Stuff, the weekly series hosted by Ahmad Rashad that covered the ins and out of pro basketball. The beloved series will be returning with a new host, recently retired NBA star Grant Hill. Reports the Associated Press:
The program, consisting of highlights and features about players and teams, will debut on NBA TV on Nov. 2 and run weekly throughout the season. The original series ran from 1990-2005. Hill, who made multiple appearances as a player, says the idea of “taking what was very, very successful and redoing it years later was very exciting.”
Hill announced his retirement this past June after a career that included a gold medal with Team USA in 1996 and seven All-Star game nods as well as a pair of back-to-back NCAA championships with Duke University.
Recently, Grant Hill’s signature sneaker by Fila during his playing days with the Detroit Pistons got the retro treatment.
Hill’s co-host will be Kristen Ledlow, the co-host of an Atlanta sports radio show.
