Let the streets tell it, Pusha T delivered a quality body of work in his solo debut, My Name Is My Name. With the album set to release tomorrow, October 8, clothing brand ALIFE debuts a visual recap of the street savvy MCs recent in-store concert.
Ironically, the last rapper to perform at an ALIFE Sessions was Pusha Ton’s noted on-wax rival, Drake. Attendee’s packed the boutique located on New York City’s Lower East Side, as the veteran wordsmith ran through a set of notable tracks like “Numbers On The Boards,” “New God Flow,” and more.
Push was also sure to throw in a message for his opposition, whoever it may be: “Hip-Hop album of the motherf***ing year. I told y’all that sh*t. I mean that sh*t, man. If I didn’t have it, I wouldn’t even say I had it; I know I got it. These n***as ain’t sh*t.”
Pre-order My Name Is My Name via iTunes. See Pusha T’s ALIFE Sessions performance below.
