Kanye West has been raging against the [fashion] machine lately, so of course Katt Williams is the perfect person to provide perspective. Okay, maybe not necessarily, but the comedian’s take on Yeezy’s half-hearted attempt at a Louis Vuitton boycott to make a point about his influence was hilariously on point.
“I would hope that’s not what we use all that Black power for…,” Williams told a TMZ camera man with a laugh before eventually showing off the LV briefcase he had in his car.
He added, “I with he hadn’t aimed there. I mean there’s a lot of other places we could be aiming this. I don’t know if Black people all that mad at Luois Vuitton. Last time I checked they did good work and everybody was was happy with ’em. But if he got the power to that, he can’t stop there.”
A dope comedian will make you chuckle while offering serious insight at the same damn time, which Williams did.
