By our standards, this is one of the better assortments of records we’ve come across in quite some time. A wide range of rappers showed and proved, with a particular emphasis coming from a few West Coasters and veterans. One noteworthy release came courtesy of The Abstract and The Dragon. Another was inspired by a Los Angeles rhymers recent excursion to South America.
