Dr. Conrad Murray, the man being held responsible for the death of Michael Jackson has officially been charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors filed a complaint against Dr. Murray Monday saying that he acted “unlawfully and without malice” resulting in the death of the pop star.

He appeared in a federal court room yesterday to hear the charges while several members of the Jackson family were present including Joe Jackson, LeToya Jackson and Jermaine Jackson.

He was told by a judge that he could not to be in possession of or prescribe any drugs, Propofol in particular and his bail was set at $75,000.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges before making bail and will appear in court again on April 5.
