Today marks one year since Pro Era’s rising MC Capital STEEZ passed away. To commemorate their fallen brethren, the Brooklyn collective debut a visual for “47 Piiirates,” featuring Dirty Sanchez.

Pro Era pulled out all of the stops to deliver this visual collaboration with KarmaloopTV and LRG. The collective were able to put their minds and resources together to create a treatment comprised entirely of lost footage. It took roughly 20 musicians, graffiti artists, videographers, fans and locals to produce.

“47 Piiirates” originally appeared on STEEZ’s 2012 debut mixtape AmeriKKKan Korruption. A number of unreleased gems have surfaced since the rapper’s untimely passing, including “King Steelo.”

Celebrate Capital STEEZ’s legacy by tuning into “47 Piiirates” below. Feel free to share you thoughts in the comments.
