Following a year full of Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 5 releases, sneaker fiends will soon be salivating over the classic Air Jordan 6, which is slated to receive a big push in 2014. That said, photos of a new pair coined the “Infrared 23” have hit the Internets.
Not to be confused with the widely heralded “Black/Infrared” and “White/Infrared” colorways (also set to release next year), these shoes flip the concept seen on the aforementioned classic silhouettes. The leather upper is painted completely infrared with the only deviations seen on the black heel tab and midsole, and an clear, icy sole.
At the moment, the Air Jordan 6 “Infrared 23” are slated for an early 2014 release. According to Sneaker News, an official date is coming at the top of February. See photos of the sneaker on the following pages in the mean time.
