While promoting his latest endeavors in music and acting, Snoop Dogg touched down in Atlanta Wednesday to bring the city what they’ve been missing from the icon, More Malice.

As previously reported Snoop is preparing for the release of his More Malice: Deluxe Album and Movie, a re-release of his latest project featuring new music and his “Malice In Wonderland” mini-movie that hits stores March 23rd.

HipHopWired was in the building last night at Uncle Snoop’s private screening and concert where we got a first-hand look at his new film.

During last night’s screening HHW got a chance to see the Doggfather continue to flex his acting chops as he took on the role of “Malice”, the super-hero with a bionic hand working to save the city of Wonderland from its evil dictator Cain.

Snoop does not disappoint and mixes the perfect blend of his laid back West Coast demeanor with the fearless, larger than life capabilities of a modern day vigilante.  Joined by Jamie Foxx, Denyce Lawton, Xzibit, Mayer Hawthorne best known for his role as “Big Red” in the Five Heartbeats, Soul Boy Tellem, Nipsey Hussle and Problem, Snoop gives a performance you won’t soon forget.

Following the screening, Uncle Snoop took to the stage and took fans on a musical odyssey.Kicking things off with current hits like “Gangsta Love” and “I Wanna Rock,” Snoop then took it back to some of his most memorable features including his verses on 50 Cent’s “P-I-M-P” and C-Murder’s “Down For My N*ggas.

Joined onstage by fellow West Coast representatives Kurupt, Daz Dillinger and Soopa Flyy, Snoop paid homage to a legend, asking the lights to be turned down while coasting through classics from the late, great Tupac.

Obviously glad to be back in Atlanta, Snoop crip walked across the stage before humbly expressing his gratitude to the city for standing by him especially during trying times like 2005’s rape case from which he was exonerated.

Before leaving, Snoop closed out the show with some of his classics and rounded it out with one of his biggest singles to date “Drop It Like It’s Hot.”

Returning to a city that always welcomes him with open arms, Snoop brought out his acting skills, his stage presence and he most definitely brought More Malice proving once again that 15 plus years in the game ain’t nothing but a G thang baby.
