The recent cases of HIV-positive criminals refusing to keep their incurable diseases to themselves has been jaw-dropping.

Add 58-year-old Clarence Terry to the list of generous spreaders of death as police say he traded heroin, crack cocaine and pain pills to a 16-year-old girl in exchange for her sexual services.

Peep the struggle as reported by WPTV:

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says that Clarence Terry was supplying heroin, cocaine and dilaudin to the unnamed teen in exchange for sex.

Investigators say that Terry has known the victim for almost five years because he used to work for a family member’s company.

Terry is facing 16 counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and 16 counts of having sex while infected with HIV.

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry and booked him into the Palm Beach County Jail.

He is being held without bond.

Considering that a minor was involved, the severity of the struggle may very well may trump the HIV-Positive pastor recently convicted of infecting his congregation and the former student who videotaped himself spreading the disease to more than 30 people.

Yet call us crazy, but if a 16-year-old is already needing heroin to maintain a high, she’s just as a lost cause as Terry, or nah?
