ScHoolboy Q is riding the high of releasing his long-awaited debut LP, Oxymoron, to much fanfare, but the moment was not to be relished in alone. Instead, the TDE rapper held a pop-up show in the Hooters parking lot directly across the street from Staples Center in his hometown of Los Angeles.

With nothing more than his DJ, Zanzilla, ScHoolboy rocked the massive crowd to the grooves of his newest tunes. And he wasn’t alone. Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller, and Kurupt, who assisted the California native with his first ever performance of “The Purge,” all showed face at the show.

Even Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner appeared on stage with ScHoolboy to rock out to the sounds of “Man of the Year,” though the rapper said, “it’s still Niners though, n***a.”

If you’ve yet to do so, purchase Oxymoron via iTunes. Peep the footage of the performances courtesy of Hip Hop Heisenberg below and on the following pages.
