Some of the famed individuals adidas Originals has teamed with recently include Kanye West and BAPE founder Nigo. Today (March 3), the three stripes announced it will be collaborating with Barbour, a heritage brand famed for their waxed cotton outerwear.
Adidas made the reveal on Twitter. “We are proud to announce the upcoming AW14 limited edition collection with premium lifestyle brand @adidasoriginals,” read the tweet.
Barbour was founded in 1894 in England. Their pricey but durable jackets like the “Beaufort” and “Bedale” have become a staple in the wardrobes of both huntsman and fashion forward city dwellers. Some other brands Barbour has recently created special items and teamed with include SOPHNET., Jack Spade and Vans.
