HOT 97’s own Funk Flex is prepping to set into orbit his own sneaker, fashion and lifestyle destination by opening a retail shop, complimentary website and mobile app, #PlanetKixx.
On July 4, #PlanetKixx will be unveiled as a unique space both in New York City and online for heads seeking to purchase fresh up-to-date items by brands that include New Era, Beats by Dre, Starter, Technics, G-Shock and more.
#PlanetKixx’s proper launch will be hosted by Wale, Fabolous, Fat Joe, Nigel Sylvester and will boast a music catalog curated by DJ Clark Kent. Flex will also be in attendance alongside his sneaker collection. Festivities will commence this Independence Day at the new store’s location, which Flex is keeping secret until further notice.
Flex says about his latest business venture, “I’m very excited to bring all things I’m passionate about and be able to get exclusively to the masses.”
