Junior Reid is always down for helping rappers flex their gangsta with a splash of harmonized patois and Rostrum Records’ very own Boaz is the next MC to utilize his talents.

Kingston, Jamaica is a long way from Pittsburgh but when you’re aiming to be a top shotta, being on the move is part of the job description. Boaz makes like DMX’s character in Belly and becomes a man of the people with JR vouching for him every step of the way.

Naturally it wouldn’t be right if the entire essence of Jamaica was captured and director Winston Mayhew made sure to squeeze in a few shots of machetes and premium ganja as well.

Certain walks of life force the inhabitants to say f**k the police and city laws and just govern themselves.

Grab the K-Salaam & Beatnick-produced record on iTunes and enjoy the video to your heart’s content down below. Very cool clip.
